ok i am going through the same thing if he still likes you he will pick on you and he will flirt but only a little bit he is only scared that if he askes you out that you wont like him and say no if you like him then tell him that if he does not like you tell him any way he will come around if he is in your class look at him once and a wile and if he is already lookig at you when you look at him we will quickly turn around if you like him and he does not like you the here are some steps to help you
1 hang out with him and some other friends (no flirting)
2 talk to him in school but remember be your self guys like girls how make them lagh and is fun to be around
3 now you need to go some were just you two now you cane start to flirt but not to much
4 smill at him diring school but a flirty smile
5 miss a day of school then the next day he will ask where you were
6 now it is time o flirt more and more
7 aske him to go to a movie just you two and and take a jacket but leave it in the car and then after a wile of the movie ask if you can have the keys so you can go get your jacket he should say "Are you cold" say yes then he should put his arm around you and say "Is that better" say a little (if he doent do that then try some other time)
