Confront the person in a respectful manner. Don't be nervous; be strong and confident. Tell he/she that your not copying them, and you don't feel comfortable when he/she thinks you are. Tell them that you have your own answers in your head and that you have your own unique style.
If the person still thinks your copying them, the best thing to do is just forgive and forget. Just try not to sit beside he/she.
