If you need to tell your teacher that you have your period all you do is take them to one side and say 'Sir/Miss I have my period' - it's that simple.
If you bled through your pants and it is a girl teacher go up at the end of class and quietly tell them. If its a male teacher then go to the bathroom. If you just want to tell your teacher for the heck of it that is not a good idea
if he tells u to do something then do what are teacher told us to do,just tell him that your on your period
you tell him/she your having a problem and he/she will ask what say im having my period.
just tell them i got my period i saw it it was red i think it was blood. it's easy
walk up to the teacher and tell him/her
Tell them you got your period for the first time. Simple as that (y) It happens to every girl and is as normal as getting sick or whatever
Just say it's a girl thing and he'll find you a girl teacher.
Tell him you are having some girl problems and tell him it is the thing that comes monthly. I think he will get the hint. If he still doesn't understand, straight up tell him. Say "I got my period. Okay?" Then walk away.
cramps
You can tell your gym teacher that are having your period, or if you are uncomfortable saying that you can say you need to go to the nurse. You can tell the nurse and she will help you. If you don't want to go to the nurse, just tell the teacher that you have cramps and it hurts when you move and can you sit out for a bit?
tell your gym teacher
Don't worry it's nothing bad, it doesn't hurt. If your period starts at school, tell a teacher straight away, don't be embarrassed, be embarrassed if you have a man teacher. Put a paper towel there if you don't have a pad, then when you get home tell your mum, (NOT DAD!)
