When you first have the baby it will come up to the name the baby screen and before you type anything it will say baby girl/boy. And it will have the girl and boy signs next to the box for typing the name, the one with a circle and line that points up with a cross through the line is a girl. The boys is a circle with a line coming out the bottom diagonaly. Or the little picture of the baby on the side of your screen can help, if its a girl the baby is turned sideways with her shoulders facing to the side and her head turned, if it's a boy its body and face are facing forwards with its arms out away from the body a little bit!
