Just tell her something like:

- mum we talked about what happens when you grow we covered subjects like: puberty, menstruation and more

- or just say we are doing a subject called the effects of growth and change. If she doesnt get the drift then just leave it at that

- or you could say: yeah we talked about it briefly

You would say something along the lines of this:'Mom, we had the period talk in school'.

Chances are she already knows about this, schools will often inform parents of sex education classes in case they want to opt-out or want to know exactly what is being taught. Menstrual education is unfortunately often as grossly lacking accurate information as other sex education classes or will be run by staff from major tampon companies so very biased - thus your mom might want to talk to you about what you learned. Remember it's important to learn more about menstruation for yourself.

Have not had your period yet should you be worried?

If you worry about having your period, it's okay to worry. Talk to your doctor privately and tell him/her that you're worried about having your period. If you don't feel confertable talking to your doctor talk to your mom or other females in your family. Talk about it and find ways to be prepared for that day.

Why are you afraid to talk to your mom about your period?

Exactly: Why are you afraid to talk to talk to your mom about your period?Menstruation is not a shameful thing or anything to be embarrassed about, it's part of being female and has many wonderful benefits including allowing you to bring life into the world - why be embarrassed about that?! Your mom knows that as a girl you are going to become a woman one day and start menstruating, just like she likely did once upon a time, so just talk to her about your period like you would about a day at school - you're just talking, no shame in what you're talking about.

How do you tell your mom you got your period that isn't awkward for ether of you?

All you have to do is when your about to go to bed call your mom in and just come out and say it. She will understand. Since your about to go to bed your mom will just give you what you need and avoid the weird period talk. Remember, with these kin of things your mother is your best friend. She went through it too.

You just started your period today and you don't know how to tell her because you are really reallyreally scared how do you tell her?

Tell whom, precisely? Actual nouns would be useful here.I'm guessing "her" means your mom. I don't know why you'd be 'scared' to tell your mom that something expected and normal happened to you, so I can't give you any advice on how to tell her. "Mom, I started my period" would seem like a natural enough way to me. If your mom is so abusive or unreasonable that the thought of doing this strikes terror into you, maybe you should tell a school counselor instead.
