You just tell them and hopefully they will understand, but if you don't want to that is up to you. Just tell them you like someone they know and if they like that person no worries, but if they don't that is another story.

You don't have to avoid boys just stay friends
Your parents know what is best for you and want the best for you
concentrate on school get good grades and be a successful woman
But your going to do what you want. Even if your told not to date. Your just going to learn from your mistakes and when you have kids you'll share the knowledge you gained as a kid
