How do you tell your parents that you have piercings they don't know about?

Ya know, I don't think there really is a "right" way to do this. But if you really want to tell them, I would start out by telling your parents that you have something serious to tell them, and they might not agree with it, but you feel like you need to tell them. Then wait a little bit until your by yourself with them and tell them. Possibly apologize and if you need to accept punishment and just get it over with. I don't really know if there is a good way to kind of do that. I hope everything works out ok.
