You test LED for need know the lumen, color temperature, CRI, spectrum, illuminances etc parameters. So, you will be need some test instruments, whatever the protable test device or desktop test device. The protable test device is easy take and have fast test speed, you can reference one Lisun product CHROMA-2 Pocket Chroma Meter; another is spectroradiometer and integrating sphere test system, this one can test photometric, colorimetric and electrical paramters, it have higher accuracy and better stability than CHROMA-2, and you can reference LPCE-2(LMS-9000A) Spectroradiometer & Integrating Sphere System. As i said, the dofference between protable test device and desktop test instrument is main on the accuracy and stability. Of course, the price of desktop test instrument is much higher than protable test device.

If u just want to see if they "shine" connect them to 5v dc thru a 150 to 300 ohm resistor. They have a polarity, so if it doesn't light switch the leads. I believe the longer lead, like a capacitor, is the negative terminal. some have a different shaped wire.
To test an LED light, you can use a multimeter set to the diode test mode. Connect the positive lead of the multimeter to the anode of the LED and the negative lead to the cathode. If the LED is functioning properly, the multimeter should display a voltage drop and the LED should light up.
To test an LED, you can use a multimeter set to the diode test mode. Connect the positive lead of the multimeter to the anode of the LED and the negative lead to the cathode. If the LED is functioning properly, the multimeter should display a voltage drop. You can also visually inspect the LED for any physical damage or discoloration.
To test an LED light with a multimeter, set the multimeter to the diode testing mode. Connect the positive lead of the multimeter to the anode of the LED and the negative lead to the cathode. If the LED is working, the multimeter will display a voltage drop. If there is no voltage drop, the LED may be faulty.

When you want teset optical aging and life of led, we will be talk the standard that's LM-80, TM-21, L70, L50 etc. LEDLM-80PL LED Optical Aging Test Instrument, this device is designed according to these standards, and it can fully meet test requires, and the test result have high accuracy and stable.

use a led test light and two safety pins. insert the a safety pin in each wire and connect the led test light. If it lights up then its not the wiring.
when ignition is on it should be battery volts, when cranking in should pulse..(test with a led test light or osilliscope
Unless you have an LED test lamp the cheapest option is to buy a re set tool from an accessory shop. If you have an LED test lamp Switch ignition on Connect LED test lamp between terminal 7 & earth of the diagnostic connector located on the vehicles inner wing After 3 seconds 5 green LEDs will illuminate switch ignition off
John Brown, im taking the same test.
To replace LED lights, first turn off the power source. Then, remove the old LED light by unscrewing it or pulling it out. Next, insert the new LED light by twisting it into place or pushing it in. Finally, turn the power back on to test the new LED light.
