Well, the only way, really, is to not do Meth. That's probably not the answer you were looking for, but that tends to be the way it is.
Whenever a loophole is found in drug testing, and it is made common enough knowledge to get around, it's instantly patched up.
With urine testing, blood testing, hair testing, etc. It's virtually impossible to test clean unless you really are clean.
