According to my 1986 Chevy Celebrity factory service manual the choke relay is in the "convenience center" and plugs in. The "convenience center" it behind the headlight switch and behind the instrument cluster. It appears to me that it would be less than easy to get to. Some convenience.
The spark plug gap for a 1986 Chevy Celebrity with the 2.5L 4 cyl engine is .060".
Does your 1986 Chevy Celebrity have the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine or the 2.8L V6?

My 1985 and 1986 with A/C are mounted on the drivers side fender. On a 1985 celebrity 2.5L4 engine with A/C; The radiator fan relay is mounted on the drivers side fender, Behind the battery. If not equiped with A/C, It might be in the same location. (don't know!)
I found one source that says a 1986 Chevy Celebrity has a curb weight of 2714 pounds. Different options would change that weight.
