The question should read 1989 Ford F250 7.4 liter engine...Location of Oil Pressure sending unit...
7.3L does not have EGR Valve.
Just foward and at the 10:00 position from the oil filter.
Look at the top of the engine at the rear center

The oil pressure sending unit is on the back of the block just above the bell housing. The unit screws in.
