I used IPA(rubbing alcohol), filled the reservoir and let it sit for overnight. This morning it took me 10 minutes to pump out everything in the reservoir(all over my front and rear windshields, no need to use extra equipment), and I added the orange windshield antifreeze washer(almost a full gallon) and used the wiper until I saw orange fluid on my front and rear windshields.
You wait til it gets warm ... winshield wiper fluid is suposed to not freeze at all maybe buying a better kind will help you
