It is always goods to have a good working relationships with everyone in the work place. You can do this by being friendly to everyone but also letting them know you are a hard worker.

How do you think you can contribute towards establishing an ideal relationship with senior and junior co staff?
I think this can be done by focusing on "yourself" and doing your job with the highest of integrity (sp)? By doing so you will be surprised how senior mgmt will begin "seeking/noticing" you. As far as jr co staff- you will be looked upon as the person/goal to strive towards, you will become an "example" to others. When you are calm and confident in what you do you become your own leader, and others can not help but notice and strive to be like you. Susan
