I've never tickled correctly and cannot say that I know them to ticklish in the first place.

However, the best way to tickle is to begin with your subject properly restrained so that they may be protected against doing anything silly like getting away.

With her properly tied-up or held down or a combination of the two, expose a highly ticklish area of her body, such as the feet, and lightly, gently, slowly trace one or two fingers about - just enough to caress her and make her scrunch her toes. Keep it up just enough to get her to giggle.

Treat her to a giggling footsie-fondle for the greater part of minute or more before scribbling your fingertips across her feet enough to get her really laughing and writing about. Only keep this up for a few seconds, no more than ten or so, before returning to the light fondling.

Do this three or four times before blindfolding her.

Once she has been securely blindfolded, feel free to move around from ticklish spot to ticklish spot, each time going straight to the panic-producing tickling, but only for a few seconds. Move randomly from place to place so that she never knows where she'll be tickled next, and change up the time between ticklings so that she doesn't when, either.

Keep this up for hours.
