On the 90-91 Chevy S-10 tilt steering column there are four E10 Star bolts that typically come loose and need to be tighten. Because of the age, I would also recommend that the two upper column bearings be replaced as well. There are three column bearings total, two uppers and one lower. The bearings can be purchased at your local Chevy Parts dealer. Both upper bearings come as a kit assembly GM part# 7844651, the lower bearing is part# 7805700. There are 3 bolts under the steering wheel that sometimes work loose, usually because of people grabbing steering wheel to pull themselves into truck. You will have to rent or buy a steering wheel puller & re-tighten the bolts that are under it.I would reccommend cleaning them & using locktight brand thread lock.
