You can't. ALL serpentine belts have an auto tension pulley. If your belt "squeaks" - time to replace your belt. Side note: after so many thousand miles the auto tension pulley should also be replaced because the bearings are worn and will literally fly off shredding your belt. Your dealer/auto repair specialist SHOULD know when to do this for each vehicle model.
