You should have pulleys that require you to loosen the nuts on them usually in the center, so you can use the long adjusting bolts to tighten the pulley in a downward or upward motion which tighten's the belts for each component. I believe you will find one on the top at the front of the engine, for the first belt that is a round pulley and loosen the center nut, then just behind it or next to it is a bolt that runs through that bracket you need to tighten it by turning clockwise to bring the pulley upward to put tension on the belts. Another would be located facing the engine on the bottom right, Under the vehicle, loosen it the same way, then adjust the long bolt the same way to put tension on the belt. Another may be located near your alternator. Make sure when you put the desired tension on them, that you don't overtighten the belts too much as to cause strain on your component systems to burn them out. Then make sure you retighten the center pulley bolts or they will just come loose again. You should be able to go to your nearest library and see if they have a Chilton's mamual for your vehicle, and look it up in the book if you can't figure out what I am telling you. It's really simple once you find the adjusting pulleys and bolts. Good Luck.
