There is a square price of plastic Mabry 1 inch by 1 inch on the side of the steering center take a knife are screw driver and pry it off it comes off easy then take a light and look up in the hole you will see a nut if the hole is on the drivers side of car the nut will be up top in the hole take a open end wrench not exactly sure what size and slide over nut and tighten in a upward direction you will have to take wrench off nut after only a 1\4 turn and reset it on nut each 1\4 turn be carefully not to tear horn wire loose you could take airbag off and tighten the nut slot easier make sure to take out airbag fuse behind their little drawer thing on the drivers side of wheel

In the steering wheel fluid reservoir, passenger side of engine. Add dextron transmission fluid to it not "steering wheel fluid"
Tire out of balance or bent wheel.
A steering wheel is hard to remove by hand. It can be removed with a tool called the steering wheel remover found at local auto shops.

Well, if your steering wheel was crooked it can cause the car to lock up, jiggle the steering wheel WHILE turning the key in the ignition.
