Linkage might be broken, transmission fluid could be low, or maybe it's time for a new transmission. if auto tranny and over drive is engaged this may also occur. i dont know why i am still trying to fix mine.
you may need to replace your gaskets on your valve covers and such, the gaskets are vital to engine pressure

It can be done, but you're looking at replacing more than just the engine itself. You'll need a lot of time and money if you are doing this yourself.
This is the A/C button...unlike some cars the stealth does not REQUIRE you to run the a/c with the defrost and other settings. You just push this button once and it should light up orange this is low a/c. push one more time it turns green. this is max a/c. one more time and its off.
Is your Speedometer working? It's possible a speed sensor is bad causing the Computers to go into LIMP mode.
