Well, the truth is that you can't tip the Iceberg! Some people still think it is fun to pretend and get lots of penguins to bring the puffles and dance or some drill, but no matter what, you can't tip the Iceberg. (Unless the Club Penguin administrators and web designers decide to add the fun feature so that you can tip the Ice berg)
