To get to the 3rd Spy -
- Leave Toupee Terrace and go back to Balding Avenue. At the Grease Monkey garage, go as high as you can using the grappling bowtie. (To use the grappling bowtie just click on the bowtie on the bottom left and click which way you want to go.)
- Go up to the rooftops and go left. Use your grappling bowtie to try to grab another platform. Be careful, there's a B.A.D. guard there. Grapple farther left to the red building. Climb to the top.
- Now use your grappling bowtie to try to grab another platform or antenna at the right. (A friendly spy suggests this.)
- Enter the tube and you are now in a greenhouse.
Rescue the spy and she will give you a pair of "Ultra-Vision Goggles" and the last satellite clue. You still need the Fingerprint from the BAD Bistro before you can enter the BAD hideout.
