Very carefully, one would hope. That aside, think about it for a second - you're asking this question on a website where any troll can post any answer they wish, regardless of accuracy, with no guarantee that someone who will be able to identify the answer as incorrect or misleading will find and correct the answer before you read it. This is a question best directed to the service department of a Nissan dealership or Nissan customer support. Personally, my recommendation would be that you get a dolly which props up the front axle and keeps it off the road. If you're looking to flat tow it, once again - talk to the people at Nissan. Without a manual transmission and/or manual transfer case, this might not be possible without first removing axle shafts or driveshafts. A Nissan service tech can tell you whether this is the case or not.

Absolutely. You will have to dolly the drive wheels.
More info please. Tow it with a tow truck, or behind a motorhome with all wheels down?
It is not advisable to tow a full size pickup (or any other rear wheel drive vehicle) behind a motorhome, unless all 4 wheels are on a dolly. This can be acomplished though by a drive-shaft disconnect. These are quite expensive.
