To find who asked a question, click on 'Question history' under 'Question tools' in the blue toolbar to the left. The very last name on the list should be who asked the question. If you click on their name, then under 'recent contributions' on their profile click 'see all', you should end up with a list of their contributions. From there, beside 'filter by', click 'action' and select 'questions asked. Click 'go'.
When your question is asked it will appear in the unanswered questions until other questions are asked and it will slowly fall lower in the list until it leaves the list. You do not have to do anything but ask the question to get it in the unanswered questions list.

Harmful questions are questions that contain both a first and last name in a question, are extremely innapropriate, or are any other type of question asked in the intention to do harm to someone.
No, for example if you asked the question "What happened to Roanoke" we would not be able to answer it. Also, if your question is not clear we will not be able to answer it, for example if you asked "Is oceans funny" we would not be able to answer it. Other questions we would not be able to answer include, opinions, personal questions, confidential questions, not understandable questions, rhetorical questions, confusing questions, misleading questions, or questions that are not really questions and really statements or commands.
The most frequent questions asked on this site are questions that really should be asked in a chat room. We get "How are you?" quite often. People also ask if other people are gay, or if they love each other. We get asked to give out website addresses a lot.
One of the most questions asked on WikiAnswers is "'Why won't other contributers answer your questions?'". WikiAnswer contibuters are working very hard to answer other peoples questions'. We are also working hard to answer all of the questions similar to "'Why won't other contributers answer your questions?'".
Answers.com may not allow punctuation other than a question mark to maintain a uniform style and make it easier for users to read questions. It could also be a design choice to emphasize the question structure of the queries on the platform.

Every question is answered by human beings, not a computer. All unanswered questions are grouped together; hence, you will see a list of other unanswered questions. If you put your question into a category when you asked it, you will see unanswered questions from that category. People answer questions based on personal experience and knowledge, and when someone sees a specific question. Supervisors are constantly working to provide answers to unanswered questions.

You can go to 'Recent Site Activity' and filter for 'Questions (asked)' and 'members'. Other than that, there is no grouping for questions asked by registered members.
