You need a GBA/Gamecube link, it links the gamecube to a gameboy advance or gameboy advance sp only. Beat the entire game in coliseum first and then go to the desrt oasis city Pokemon center. Go downstairs and talk to the nurse. Oh yeah, make sure the gameboy is already connected before talking to her.

There is no way to trade directly from Pokemon XD to Pokemon Coliseum. Instead trade from Pokemon XD to one of the GameBoy Advance versions of Pokemon, and then trade to Pokemon Coliseum.

The only way to legitimately get is it to have participated in the Pokemon event last summer, trade and hope it's legitimate, or to get the bonus disk from Pokemon coliseum, put the Jirachi from that from your Gamecube to your GBA, and send the Jirachi to Pal Park.
