How to put Pokemon in Trade Center: Go to the tab that says "My Pokemon" and scroll down to the box where it shows your captured Pokemon. (This will only work if the Pokemon is not in your Party.) Click on the Pokemon and it will say "Put in Trade Center". This option will take you to the Trade Center with a form. Once you fill it out, then it's in the Trades!

How to trade for the Pokemon: Click on the Pokemon with the offer you are able to get, then it'll pop up with a box of your Pokemon and click on the Pokemon you are willing to trade and there's no approvals. It's an automatic trade. (Besides the "Make an Offer" ones)
