You need the Silph Scope to get to the lvl 30 Marowak at the last door (Don't try to catch the Marowak. It is impossible.), then defeat team rocket and you will have rescued Dr Fuji!

To get the Silph Scope you have to beat boss Giovanni at the hidden base under the Celadon Game Corner. (Look behind the poster.)

Well, sorry, but you can't beat it. Just like the game, it goes on forever. But, you can do a few things there. 1. Earn ribbons. 2. Earn trophies. By beating the tower tycoon, Pokemon get ribbons. By winning 50 times in a row at the double battle, your Pokemon get a ribbon. Same for Multi and Wi-Fi. Earn a bronze trophy by winning 20 times in a row at the single battle, silver for 50 and Gold for 100. Winning 100 times also raises you trainer card up a star. After each battle, it gives you the choice to go to the next trainer, rest (take a break- when you turn the game back on, you resume your place), or retire. After 7 wins, they kick you out and give you BP (battle points) which can be exchanged for items. By kicking you out, they give you a chance to switch Pokemon around. If you press A at those machines next to the ladies, it tells you your record and your place. Talk to the lady again and go in and even though it says no. 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 7, its really adding on to what you did before that. If you have AR, USE IT!!!!!! If you use the 1 hit kill code and the restore health in battle code (it should come with these), turn them on and kick some butt! The 1 hit kill code makes the simplest of moves faint the Pokemon (This have about a 90% chance of working). The restore health in battle code gives you 999 HP! Hope this helps!

Sharaf's answer, or you could say "my" answer:

If you do not have an action replay, i suggest you have to use a bit of your time. have ever heard of the term ev training, if not, search it up. Ok, i am just going to give you hints, and at the eand i will tell you what Pokemon i am using, what moves and what stat did I ev train, (do not get me wrong, you can use any Pokemon you think is right). Now, its better to have a fast and powerful Pokemon, with alot of speed and attack or special attack, like a modest nature alakazam, and train it with Pokemon that give sp.attck and speed ev, like alakazam or gengar, and there you have a powerful special sweeper. Next, you might want to have a defensive Pokemon, like cresselia. Ev train it with defense and special defense, since it already has high health points, and teach it stuff like toxic(as it worsens every turn), double team(to avoid getting hit, while the toxic effect is affecting the opponent), psychic(incase your opponent is already poison type) and moon light or recover, to heal every turn(recover is better, cause, if there is weather effects, moonlight's recovery power goes down util the weather effect is finished).

You might think that my team sucks, but later, you will understand why i am using this team. (It's better to use them the order i put them)(also, look up the Pokemon natures)

1. Cresselia>calm nature leftover

Ev trained by special defense and defense

i.psychic ii.toxic iii.double team iv.recover

2. Azelf>modest nature focus sash

Ev trained by sp.attck and speed

i.grass knot ii.thunderbolt iii.fireblast iv.nasty plot

3. Suicune>calm nature lum berry

Ev trained by defense and health points

i.surf ii.toxic or ice beam iii.calm mind iv.rest

If you plan on ko hitting your opponents(I would plan on using them at the end, in case of emergency):

1. Articuno>timid nature focus sash

Ev trained by special attack and speed

i.hail ii.lock on iii. blizzard iv.sheer cold

Use the hail move, then use sheer cold whenever you want, cause ice type moves never miss during hail, so doesn't blizzard.

2. Dugtrio focus sash

Ev trained in attack and speed

i.sand storm ii.fissure iii.earthquake(never use dig, since when you go under ground, and if the opponent uses earth quake, you are DEAD).

The reason why i want to use them at the end is because, what if the opponent had sturdy nature.

Hope you think it's helpful.

Pokemon Tower is in Lavender Town. To get there you will need to make your way through the Rock Tunnel, the entrance of which is found by cutting down the tree in eastern Cerulean City.
