How do you train an old dog?

There is many things and many ways to teach a old dog tricks. I prefer you to train a dog when it is little but when it is old they might be to old and brittle to do some tricks.

1. The first trick is to sit down. Get a treatr and hold it in your hand. Make a fist and push the dogs butt down. Give it a treat, make sure you say sit when you do that. Pet it and praise it. Do that a couple times i prefer about 4 or 5. Then leave your dog and walk up to it and say sit making your fist. If he does it praise it and give it a treat if not repeat the process.

2. The second trick is to come. Push the dog sittting down** then walk away then snap and point to the ground saying come. Then walk over and pull him to you. Give him a treat and praise him. JUst like above repeat the process until they can do it thmeselves.

3.The thrid trick is to roll over. Push the dog down and roll them over. Give them a treat and praise them. Just like above repeat the process until they can do it themselves.

4. The last trick is to shake. Make the dog sit** and then riase up his hand. Give him a treat and praise him. JUst like above do it again and again until they do it themselves.

**Remember that old dogs might get stubborn and not want to do it and to young dogs might want to play around. And remember never to get mad at them for no disobeying they might be to young or old. Wait a couple days in bewtenn but dont wait to long like a week or they will forget everything you told them. Keep remembering to give them treats and [prasie them pet them and tell them good boy and yeah. But remember to point and snap and hold oyur fists always.
