usually you don't have to train a dog to be protective it already is, i didn't have to train my dog and it is a great watch dog.
I agree. Usually dogs have a natural sense of "Hey! This is my territory; get out!", so they'll just bark and bark at someone. Usually. But if your dog doesn't do that, then he/she either trusts humans too much (not that that's a bad thing) to bark at them, or he/she doesn't really care.Well if you want to know how to train a dog to be a guard dog is really hard. Well first thing is to teach it to sit, lie down and stop barking. That's simple all you do is to to make them sit down and say sit down. Repeat the proccess. Then do the same on lie down and stop barking. Now then you make the dog bark when sombody walks to the house and to do that put toys infornt of the door and make your dog bark by makeing a scary face. It should now be able to bark when he sees a burgular.

If you buy a dog house, the dog will not use it until you train it to go in the dog house.
From what i know, you have train them to be a guard (Requires lots of patience) Hope this helped!
A guard dog guards everything behind your fence or in your house, a protection dog will protect you outside your property, a watch dog will give alarm when someone enters your property. A rottweiler is an ideal guard dog.
Toilet train him perhaps. type in'how to house train my dog' in google.

to train go to a professional trainer and take their tips
This actually takes two steps to accomplish. First, you have to house train the dog and then you train him/her to use the door. When I wanted my Scottie to use the dog door I would put a treat outside and then push him through the door/flap. After a few times of doing this he got the idea that he could go out the door, but you have to house train him first and then do the door.
Spaying or neutering your dog tends to even out the temperament of your animal. However, fixed dogs can still act as great guard dogs. The real factor of having a good guard dog is the dog itself, and the dog's personality.

kids are it is easier to train a dog to behave in a house than a child.
You cannot train a 3-year old boxer that is not a house dog not to run away. Dogs chase things, it is instinct for them. You have to provide the dog with a secure yard that it cannot get out of in order to keep the dog safe.
no, not really they may be but the majority of them are easy to train very good house dog or puppy.
