For sit have a treat and pull it behind their head while saying sit. do that 3-10 times a day until you can just sit and hill sit. for down say sit once he sits pull a treat to the floor while saying down it may take a while but it works do it 4-10 times a day. For go potty (if their inside) take the puppy outside every hour say good potty if they do say good boy and give them a treat. For stay say sit or down the put your hand out as if to stop someone and say stay.
