You need a DVDburner, not just a DVD-rom. You also need software to encode/decode DVDs. Once you have the software, open the program, then follow the instructions and you should be set. If you have a DVD burner and no software, you can often download software from a File Sharing Network, but because that is borderline illegal, youll have to figure the rest out on your own.
