Just network them together and transfer the files.
Hook them to your home network or hook them directly via ethernet or wireless, turn on File Sharing and you should be good to go.
If you need more info click on the empty desktop and at the top of the screen click on the Help menu and type in File Sharing and or networking two computers. (You may need to be online for the Help menu to work)

In the banking world, a SWIFT MT 200 is defined as a financial institution transfer for its own account. The purpose of an MT 200 is to request the movement of the senderâ??s funds to their account at another financial institution.
You can transfer your character to another realm from your battle.net account. If you click on your World of Warcraft game, it will show some services at the bottom such as name change, faction change and realm transfer. Do note that you can only transfer characters from EU->EU and US->US realms, not in between (as your account handles only one type of realms). You can transfer characters between two wow accounts, as long as you own both of them.
Well You Could Use An Email Account And Attach The Level To It! Or if you're running windows at least (I'm not sure how with Macs) open your start menu and enter "%AppData%" without the quotations, and click on roaming. If you're on an older version than Windows 7 you may have to press "Run." Then find the ".minecraft" folder and go into "Saves," then copy the entire folder of the world you want to transfer to a pendrive or some external memory, and do the same thing except copy the world file in to the new "Saves" folder on the other computer from the external memory.
You have to use a USB drive, transfer the save to it, then plug it into the other computer, then transfer. Please do not ask how to locate the save, I'll just give you this. I can't put it any simpler. Go to Local Disk, then users, then go to your account, go to appdata, go to roaming, go to .minecraft, go to saves, and copy your world. An easier way would be to use the Minecraft Save Manager a fellow play made. The link is under "Sources and related links" below this answer.

A bank transfer, also called a wire transfer, is a way to send money from one bank account to another anywhere in the world. The advantages of sending a bank transfer are that you do not need to wait for anything to arrive in the mail, there are no cheques to cash, and the funds are available immediately upon receipt.
