ok! 1. make sure if the CD is in good condition 2. put the CD inside of the Laptop's CD Rom 3.wait until an alert pops on telling you about the data in your CD 4, close that... 5. go to "My computer" icon 6. Look around until you see a CD icon, click on it 7. until you open the CD's folder the pictures will be there, you can also copy and paste the pic that you want to a local folder (file) or by presing ALT and "A" to select all copying all your pics and puting them into your "My pictures" Folder Its the fastest way I know I hope it helps and i guess you just will need to browse the pics that you want to e-mail :-)
Compose your e-mail.
somwhere in the e-mail application there should be an "Attach File" option (often a 'paper clip' icon).click the associated button or menu alternative to attach a file. Use a file manager application (Windows Explorer is one that come with the Windows operating systems) to locate the picture you want to attach. and click "Open".
Wait while the computer loads the file into the email application, this may take some time depending on the application, your internet service provider and connection speed, etc.
Send the e-mail.
In some email applications you can paste an image into the email. If this is possible with your system do the following:
Locate the picture
select the picture
Copy the picture (Ctrl + C works with many systems as the Copy command)
Inthe email : Paste the picture (Ctrl + V for the Paste command)

If you have the USB cord for the phone and the appropriate drivers installed on your computer you can transfer the pictures. If not, if you have an email address you can send the pictures as a picture message to your email address (put your email address where the phone number you would be sending it to goes) and you can email them to yourself!
