Yes, you can burn a CD with Napster, but only for the songs you have legally purchased or downloaded. You have to export it as a quicktime movie under the file tab. You can use the CD quality and it should be really fast. In general, you cannot play iMovie files at all unless it is in a playback form which includes quicktime, .aiv, and .wmv for example
