I know love is ama but I havent learned faith and hope yet. Sorry!

'Ama' actually is not the word for love. The translation for that phrase would be 'fides, spes, et amor.'

How do you translate 'faith hope and love' into Spanish?

"Faith, hope, and love" would be "La fe, la esperanza, y el amor." Notice that in Spanish, the article "the" (el, la, los, las) is normally included, where in English they are not. You must keep that in mind in translations or else you would be saying "the faith, the hope, and the love".
