The piano is a C instrument.
The Trumpet is a B flat instrument.
Thus, to transpose piano notes to trumpet notes, you have to put each note up one whole step.
If piano -> trumpet:
A -> B
B flat -> C
B -> C sharp
C -> D
C sharp -> D sharp
D -> E
E flat -> F
E -> F sharp
F -> G
F sharp -> G sharp
G -> A
A flat -> B flat
Hope that helped!
There is no conversion. A normal trombonist reads in the key of C just like a piano does. Therefore any note on a piano is the same note as the note on a Trombone. However if note is on the treble staff you would simply imagine the note down one line if it is on a line or one space if it is on a space. Hot diggity dog, yo.
Take each note down a whole step, but you'll also have to change the key signature. :)
Transpose all the notes (and the key signature) up a whole step.
For example, if the piano part is in the key of C, the trumpet part would be in the key of D.
The trombone is pitched in Bb and if the music is treble clef then you can usually just play it an octave above where it is written.
You will play in the key that is a major second or one whole step above the key the piano is playing in. For example, if the piano is playing in C major, the tenor sax will play in D major, if the piano is playing in Bb minor, the tenor sax will be playing in C minor, etc.
Justin can play four instruments, they are piano, guitar, trumpet and drums.
Justin Bieber taught himself how to play the guitar, drums, trumpet, and piano.
Yes, the piano is a C instrument. The reason behind this is that when a personal plays a C on the piano a C is heard. As an example, the trumpet is a B-flat instrument - because when a trumpet plays a C it sounds as a B-flat so it's music is written in a different key in order to play with a C instrument, such as a piano, flute or violin. It gets a bit confusing, but that is the basic explanation behind the terminology.
He plays trumpet piano guitar, drums, and trumpet. So just every instrument besides those :)
