Island Hopper or Small Commuter Flights would be your best and most reliable option.

Other than that, I believe that there is a small privately owned ferry named "Northern Lights" which travels between Aruba and Punto Fijo, primarily for Venezuelan Employees on the Island, but it does offer a service at $200 each way for tourists.

Your only problem may be very strict customs regulations, assuming you're not already a Venezuelan Citizen.

I cannot guarantee that this information is completely reliable, I only remember it from a few years ago.
