This seems like a stage 3 bedsore. This has to be cleaned thoughly with a solution like betadine,or a packing of iodform.This should be seen by a doctor and a wound specilist.This could cause an infection thoughout the body.There are other germs that may be brewing.As for the soluions only a doctor can prescribe what solution is best for this bed sore.For now if you can cover it with some sterile pad and tape around the wound,see a doctor asap and do not leave the dressing on longer than a few hours change it frequntly until medical attention is found.This is very serious and could be life threatening if left untreated.
