Puncture wounds caused by BB's or pellets can take up to 2 weeks to heal, like dog bites or mis-aimed nail guns. It is important that you treat the wound (draining bandage, tetanus shot) rather than hide it. The larger concern would be how you sustained a BB gun wound, and that is likely why you are anxious to have it heal quickly.
get the shrapnel out- then cure like an ordinary gunshot wound
Treat the wound as any other puncture wound.
If you are not sure if a chest wound has penetrated the chest wall completely, treat the wound as though it were an open chest wound.
Assess both wounds. Assess for blood loss. Treat the most serious wound first. Protect the lesser wound(s) until those can be treated. Transport as soon as safe to do so.
just sew it
by only drinking water
Go to the hospital
Depending on the F.P.S of the gun, you should heal the wound accordingly. Most bb's do not cause a lot of damage. The most that will happen will probably be a temporary welt.
