First run the affected area under warm, not hot, water if you can. Then, if fingers have been affected, place them in the armpit where they will be warm. If the toes have been affected, place them on someone's stomach where they will be warm. Leep the affected area warm. If an ear is frozen, warm it with your bare hand. Do not rub the frozen area. Have a victim exercize his fingers and toes if they are frozen. Also make sure to get in a tent or building where it is warmer.
