Go to the orthodontist. In the meantime, wash your mouth and try not to bother it. I had a wire poking out too a while ago and i did the same thing. Make sure you ask your orthodontist to cut the wire

∙ 12y agoIf you still have the braces, I would consider requesting wax from your orthodontist to cover the problem brackets/wires. If your braces have been taken off, there's nothing you can really do but wait for them to heal naturally. I got mine off in May and I still have scars on my cheeks from them.
