Well HIGH TSH is a sign of HYPOthyroidism which means your thyroid is not producing an adequate Amt of hormones for the body. Your thyroid produces t3 and t4 if it starts producing less of these the pituitary gland in brain releases more TSH (Thyroid stimulating hormone) to try to stimulate the thyroid to make more. Typically if it's not cause by an autoimmune disease (the immune system attacking the thyroid) all u need to do is get your doc to test your thyroid and if it comes back high hell put u on a pull called synthroid. Generic- levothyroxine. And this replaces the hormones your thyroid is not producing. It makes up for it.

Good luck!
