If you mean scoliosis, which is a spinal deformity, it cannot really be 100% fixed. I have it, and my doctor had me see a specialist who fitted me for a backbrace. The purpose of the brace is not to straighten your spine again (although it will at first, it'll stop working after awhile and eventually go back to what it originally was right before you started wearing it) but to keep the spine from progressing, or curving, any further. Mine didn't progress any further because I'm about done growing now, so I only have to wear it when I sleep :]
If your spine has a curve that's over 50 degrees, your doctor may have you get a back surgery which will correct it. Basically, what they'll do is place a metal rod along your spine so it'll be forced to straighten. Back surgeries are always big procedures, but I talked to someone whose son had it done and they said it was quick and easy and everything went well. So if you have scoliosis, don't sweat it-it won't affect the way you move or look at all. Just talk to a doctor so they can find the perfect solution for you!
