Check the headlights first to make sure it's not just a bad filament. If those are good, check the fuses. (Under the dashboard on the driver's side - there are usuallyseparate fuses for high and low beams.)If a fuse is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same capacity (10A, 15A, etc.)
If the fuse blows again within a short time, there may be a short in the multi-function switch. (at the base of the turn signal lever) If you havealsoexperienced problems with the wipers, then this switch is definitely the problem.
The switch costs around $70.
If you plan to repair this yourself, and you have any questions about how to take the steering column apart, feel free to ask.

No they do not
The headlight relay on a 1998 Ford Taurus SE is in the fuse box in the interior of the vehicle. It is at location #22 and is a 30 Amp fuse.
To adjust your headlights on 2005 Ford Taurus, first open the hood of your car and turn the lights on, find the headlight adjusters beneath the hood, and turn it counterclockwise to raise the beam or the other way to lower the headlight beam.
A blown fuse will cause the 1995 Ford Taurus headlight to stop working. The fuse box can be found in the engine compartment.
Lift hood and you will see 3 vertical screws holding headlight assy. in place.
Check Fuses, Replace Bulbs, Replace Shift Position Sensor. End of solution
Ask at an auto parts store.
Under the hood in Power Distribution box above the fan by the hood latch
you have to pop the hood, DON'T take off the plastic! remove the light from the back
Doesn't need a lot of moisture inside a headlight to blow bulbs especially halogen type.
Hi, The only headlight relay I can find is if you have auto headlights and that is behind the dash at the center mounted on a brace. Hope this helps. Steve H.
