The fuse and relay are OK but no 12volts in relay box and main switch. Don't work the windows and interior light.
It is mounted on your transmission
If it looks the same it will probably work.
the blower control switch pulls out
Replacements for the rear window on a 2004 Ford Ranger are the same for 1998-2004.
Take it to the dealer.
Tell me if just one window or all of them quit working
The rear side window in a 1998 Toyota Avalon can jam if there is a problem in the window motors or the switches. A faulty switch may not complete the circuit needed to operate the window.
Probably a short in the switch needs to be changed.
You have a short in the cluster.
I would go in this order: (1) check the fuse (2) remove door panel to gain access to window motor and check the presence of voltage in the wire leads when the switch is activated (make sure the ignition is on). if voltage is present in the leads when the switch is operated then the motor is probably bad. If no voltage is present when switch is operated (3) check the switch itself. (4) aIf the switch itself is good check the continuity in the wire leads from the switch to the door, the wire may be broken or shorted somewhere. Good luck.
You will not want to believe this but it came straight from a dealer who demonstrated it. The windows become stuck from collected dirt around the rubber window seal. While holding down the power window switch to lower the window, slam the corresponding back door. Your window will open. You will have to do this periodically. Not what you expect from a $30,000 car is it? Check it once in a while. You would hate to be caught inside the care because of a frozen window.
