The answer is very straight forward. YOU DONT. Be realistic, if it's done 1 or 10 or 100 times, it's the same. If you love you don't cheat, if you cheat you don't love. You don't realize your mistakes because cheating is not a mistake, it's done in full consciousness. That's how emotion works I believe at least for me. While you may decide to move on, you may also want to decide to accept it that that's not going to change. If you break your promise once there is no way you can't break it again especially when you see a better choice in front of you.
