Realplayer SP (the latest version at the time of writing) comes bundled with RealPlayer Downloader that works with internet Explorer. It downloads the YouTube video and turns it into an MP4. You could then use the bundled Realplayer Converter to change it to a WMV or even a sound-only MP3.
Alternatively, VLC player can play the videos in their existing .flv format.
