on my 2002 picasso there is a key slot on the end of the dash located on the passenger side, open the door and you will see it, use your key to turn it off
open the passenger door there is a key slot there put the key in turn to the off position but don't forget to turn it back on
Apparently you turn ignition on, press and hold lock button for 5 seconds, turn off and remove key, wait 5 seconds, then try it.
Disconnect the battery for half an hour - that normal sorts out a multitude of electrical problems (ie radio will not turn off etc)
Turn the ignition key midway (electric position) the press on the button at the end of the wiper stalk until you hear 2 beep and message display on the information display "Automatic light inactive"

Take the fuse out.

Yes, by use of the ignition key in lock on side of dashboard by drivers door.
Were is the fuel shut of valve on a Citroen Piasso. Open the bonet and look on the left hand side on the top corner, there is a red push button switch. that is the fuel cutoff switch.
Prise off internal plastic trim and undo 3 screws. Disconnect electrical connection. Reverse to replace.
service it ,clean plugs ,oil,,short term ! you could take buld out ,might have a fuse ,not sure
