I was confusing Axis Titles with Axes. The solution is to turn off Data Labels and turn on Vertical Axes.

Turn it off or delete it
ou can turn off data usage and turn off wifi. That should pretty much shut things down. With the dialer open, tap Verizon in the upper left corner. Then tap preferences and scroll down to the Network section. Slide the data usage button to off. To turn off wifi, tap the upper right corner of the screen. Tap wifi then tap turn off wifi.
You can turn off cellular data off, so no data is transferred over you cellular connection at all. You do this by going into Settings, general, network, the sliding the cellular data option to off. Though if you want to unsubscribe from a data contract you will need to contact your carrier. But remember if you have signed up for 12 months you will have to stay for 12 months, you may be able to buy out of the contract (pay a fee to end it) but the price of that depends on the carrier.
