How do you turn off free will on the sims 2?

During gameplay, hit the button that you usually would to return to the neighborhood or to quit the game. Then hit the options button and go to gameplay. There should be a section that says free will on or off. Check the box that says off and save your game.

It's not a cheat as such but something you can change in the game settings.

Click on the options button and then on Game Options and at the bottom you will see the option to toggle freewill for that household on or off.

I don't think you can "turn off" needs, but you can change them to make them always happy. There is a whole chat log of it on this site. Type in Sims 2 Cheats, It should come up.

You can't turn them off - you just don't use them.

hit pause, them go into the place where you save, but don't save, to the right of the sound options, and to the bottom of the pop up you can turn it on or off.

for the PC, go to the options during game play. or press F5. then push the button that looks like 2 cogs turning. then select freewill off

if you have freewill on, then your sims will do whatever they want to. if you turn off freewill your sims will just stand there and not do anything unless you tell them to do something.
