Yes, just yesterday I saw a 2003 Honda Pilot EX damaged on the front passenger fender/bumper. Both airbags (driver and passenger) were deployed. The easy solution is to buy extra seat belt clips that fit your seat belt mechanism from a junkyard. Put these in whenever you don't want to use the seat belt.
Just connect you seat belt and the bell will go off. If it is staying on even after you connect the seat belt take it back to your Honda dealer for repair, as it is still under warranty.
